(2) Due to the large amount of gangue raised underground, the screen plate is worn seriously, and the material accumulates on the screen surface, which affects the classification effect of roller screen.
(3) There are 20 shafts and 40 bearings in the roller screen. The maintenance of the equipment is heavy. Due to the shortage of maintenance personnel, it is difficult to maintain the equipment, and the periodic refueling cannot be guaranteed.

1. In view of the situation of carbon sticking on the underground shaft, a self-made scraper is installed under the first section of the roller screen, and the scraper is in the shape of a comb. When sticking carbon to the screen, the scraper is used to scrape off the sticky carbon attached to both sides of the screen plate to ensure the screening rate of the screening machine. A self-made scraper is installed under each roller of the screen section. The scraper is made of 10 mm thick iron plate, and its shape is "comb shaped". There are grooves on it. Under the premise of not affecting the rotation of the screen plate, each screen plate is stuck in the groove of the scraper. After a long period of practice, it has been proved that after installing the self-made scraper, the sticky carbon attached to both sides of the screen plate can be scraped off during the rotation of the screen plate, which can ensure the screen penetration rate of the first section of the screen surface, prevent the occurrence of the paste screen phenomenon, thoroughly solve the impact of carbon sticking on the screening efficiency of the screen, and ensure the normal operation of the underground main transportation system.
2. In order to ensure the classification efficiency of the sieve, aiming at the phenomenon that the materials accumulated on the screen surface due to the serious wear of the screen plate, the maintenance workers were organized to cut 3-4 gaps in each screen plate in the middle of the screen section by gas welding, and changed the shape of the screen plate to make it change into gear again, so as to prevent the material from accumulating on the screen surface, ensuring the smooth feeding of the roller screen and increasing the screening rate.
3. In view of the situation that roller screen has many bearings and heavy equipment maintenance workload, and periodic oiling will not be guaranteed, through the investigation, the automatic control grease pump is installed on the screen. Through the grease pump, the bearings are automatically filled with grease regularly, which ensures the periodic oiling of bearings, reduces the equipment failure rate and ensures the normal operation of the equipment.
