7. The amplitude of the shaker can be adjusted by adjusting the exciting force of the vibration motor. If the exciting force is large, the corresponding amplitude is also large. There are a pair of eccentric blocks at each end of the vibration motor. The exciting force of the vibration motor can be adjusted by changing the angle between the two eccentric blocks. When the angle between the two eccentric blocks is zero, the exciting force of the vibration motor is the maximum, and when the angle between the eccentric blocks is 180 °, the exciting force is zero. According to the needs of actual production, the exciting force and amplitude are adjusted to the most appropriate range.
