ZZF vibrating ore drawing machine is a new product of metallurgical dressing, coal blending and other industries. It uses two ordinary motors to drive the vibration exciter to drive the drawing trough, and makes periodic linear reciprocating vibration along the inclined direction. It is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials, coal and other mining industries. The equipment is composed of ordinary motor, tank body, transmission shaft, vibration exciter, outrigger and damping spring. It is not only the ideal equipment for discharging, feeding or loading ore and other materials, but also the necessary equipment for automatic flow operation.
 
 Difference between ZZF and FZC vibration drawing machine
 
The equipment works in super resonance state, with stable amplitude and frequent starting. The starting times can reach "200 times / hour". The load on the vibration table can fluctuate greatly. It has strong adaptability to various ores and rocks, especially viscous rocks, and can work in the environment with more dust or water. working principle

      ZZF vibrating ore drawing machine uses ordinary motor to drive vibration exciter to get exciting force, which drives equipment table and material to make periodic linear reciprocating vibration. When the vibration acceleration of drawing body is vertical greater than gravity acceleration, the material in the body is thrown up and jumps forward according to parabola trajectory. The throwing and falling are completed in an instant. Due to continuous vibration of the drawing machine body, the machine body is in a state of continuous vibration In this way, ore drawing and ore conveying can be achieved.

Excitation force adjustment
1. Remove the protective cover
2. Loosen the two inner eccentric blocks
3. Adjust two external eccentric blocks in the same phase and angle

Installation instructions

1. Before working, it is necessary to check whether the connecting bolts between the motor and the base are loose, because the force at this position is relatively large, which is most likely to cause loosening, even lead to bolt fracture. Therefore, it is necessary to fully ensure that the bolts are in a tight state.
2. Check whether the sealing is good and whether the sealing channel steel is firmly welded. If the welding is missed, the sealing shall be timely welded to prevent the material from scattering, affecting the normal operation of the motor and causing the motor to overload and burn out.
3. The equipment is suitable for chute, stope, chute and ore (material) bin where the ambient temperature is not more than + 40 ℃ and the relative air humidity is not more than 90%. The environmental temperature of the equipment should be tested as far as possible during installation.

Difference between ZZF and FZC vibration drawing machine
From the appearance, the ZZF vibration drawing machine is equipped with vibration isolation spring, the ordinary motor drives the vibration exciter, so as to transfer the vibration to the isolation spring, and then to the ore body to send materials, while the FZC vibration drawing machine does not have the isolation spring, directly has the eccentric block of the vibration motor to rotate, so as to obtain the exciting force, and then transmit it to the ore body to send materials.
