      Zdl vibrating feeder, also known as vibrating hopper, is a new type of arch breaking and feeding equipment. It is mainly composed of directional mechanism, circular hopper, base support, support spring, hopper and driving device, electromagnet and other components. The inner side of the circular hopper is designed with a spiral rising discharge chute. The directional mechanism of the equipment is usually installed at the outlet of the discharge chute, and the directional mechanism passes through the hopper continuously Vibration, make material activation, uniform feeding, prevent material arching or blocking the material mouth. working principle

Zdl vibration feeder is fixed in the lower part of the storage bin with bolts, and the hopper is equipped with spherical activator, which decomposes the horizontal exciting force into the component force along the normal direction and tangent direction of the spherical surface. The normal direction is transmitted to the depth of the material along the radial direction, which destroys the vertical material arch in the silo, promotes the material on the upper part of the activator to move rapidly from the center to the surrounding, and then slides down along the bin wall to realize the overall flow of the material and discharge evenly from the outlet.
 
 Working principle of vibrating feeder
 
A vibration motor is installed outside the vibrating hopper, which is the excitation source of the vibrating hopper. When the current is applied to the electromagnet coil, the material tray of the equipment will be driven The vibration amplitude of the upper and lower parts of the hopper is excited by the vibration damping force of the upper ring and the lower part of the hopper And complete the feeding purpose.
During the operation of the equipment, the feeding amount of the equipment can be effectively changed by adjusting the excitation force and the input voltage of the electromagnet coil.

Common faults

1. There is leakage at the seal between the fixed flange and the bucket body of the vibration hopper.
The sealing ring and sealing cloth may be damaged. Replace the sealing ring and sealing canvas, and fasten the tie belt.
2. The noise of vibrating hopper is abnormal.
Immediately check and tighten the mounting bolts of vibration motor and other fasteners; if the vibration hopper contacts and collides with surrounding equipment, adjust the installation of hopper body to ensure that the gap between hopper body and surrounding equipment and objects is not less than 50 mm.
3. The commissioning can not meet the production demand.
The reason may be that the exciting force of the vibration motor is too small, the humidity of the material is too high, and the bonding affects the flow speed of the material. Open the end cover of vibration motor, adjust the angle of eccentric block, increase the exciting force of vibration motor, and ensure that the excitation force at both ends of vibration motor is consistent; reduce the size of spherical roof and increase the area of material flow channel.

Installation process

Firstly, the fixed hopper is fixed on the flange at the lower part of the storage bin with bolts, and then the vibration hopper is hung under the fixed hopper with damping device. The gap between the lower plane of the fixed bucket and the upper plane of the vibrating hopper is sealed with a rubber sleeve. Pay attention to the gap of 10-20 mm between the discharge port and the receiving port of the vibrating hopper.  
Secondly, adjust the position of the vibration damping device, so that the upper plane of the vibrating bucket is parallel to the lower plane of the fixed bucket, and the gap is 10-30mm; there are three kinds of activators with different diameters in the vibration hopper, and the appropriate activator is selected according to the material properties and particle size, and is fixed on the support frame of the vibrating bucket with bolts.
 
 Installation process of vibrating hopper
 
Finally, adjust the exciting force of the vibration motor to make the feeding amount meet the requirements. Frequency conversion control box can be equipped to realize the manual and automatic control of the feeding amount.
After the commissioning, check whether the bolts of motor foot bolts and vibration damping device are loose.
After being put into production, regular inspection shall be carried out, and the looseness shall be handled in time. Only when the feeder hopper is properly installed can the vibration hopper operate well.
