      The impeller feeder is equipped with rotating impeller with belt pattern, which is mainly composed of body, new cycloid pin wheel reducer and motor, with good sealing and wear resistance. When the impeller is driven by the transmission mechanism to rotate in the body, the powder material falling from the upper separator (or hopper) will enter the impeller chamber through the feed port, and with the rotation of impeller, motor and reducer, the material will be reduced With the continuous rotation of impeller, the material will be sent to the discharge port to discharge. In the whole working process, the material can be continuously and quantitatively fed and discharged.

Common faults

1. Impeller feeder is suitable for continuous working system, allowing forward and reverse operation.
2. The motor is easy to break, and the speed regulation and protection are not reliable: the slip motor used in the original equipment is composed of AC three-phase asynchronous motor, slip ring free slip clutch and speed generator, and the speed generator is coaxial with the output shaft of slip clutch.
3. When impeller feeder output shaft and input shaft and other parts accessories, direct hammering is not allowed to prevent damage.

The shell of the feeder should be kept stable during transportation and even during installation.
5. The working environment of the unloading pit is poor and the dust is large. In addition, the outer seal of the slip motor is not good, and the dust directly enters the slip clutch, which often causes the bearing and slip part to be stuck or even damaged.
6. In the process of operation, avoid overload operation of equipment caused by large particles and strong adhesion force, or equipment jamming or motor short circuit caused by foreign matters left in the dust remover. It is recommended that users check and install overload protection device in time.

7. Before leaving the factory, the reducer has been fully filled with lubricating oil No. 00 grease, and the ash unloading valve has been filled with lithium base grease. Within 6-10 months after putting into use, the transmission and bearing parts shall be supplemented or replaced with grease. If the environment temperature is high, humidity or there is too much dust in the air, the oil change time shall be appropriately shortened.
8. In the process of use, if there is air leakage and ash leakage along the axial direction of the equipment, the material cover can be firmly pressed.
