working principle

K-type feeder is composed of frame, bottom plate (feeding trough) transmission platform, hopper gate, idler, etc. The motor drives the reducer through the elastic coupling, and then the output shaft of the reducer drives the crank connecting rod mechanism, and then drives the inclined feeding plate to make reciprocating movement on the idler, and finally the materials are evenly delivered from the warehouse and fed to the next process equipment. The machine has two forms: with funnel, with regulating valve and without funnel and without regulating valve.

Product classification

Large plate feeder is a kind of large equipment widely used in mine industry. High efficiency reciprocating feeder is composed of motor controller, motor and reciprocating feeder body. There is an eccentric wheel fixed on the motor output shaft, which is connected with the feeding groove of the feeder through the connecting rod. Maintenance skills

1. Before the feeder runs, there should be enough raw coal in the bunker to avoid direct impact on the bottom plate (coal feeding plate) when loading coal into the bunker
2. After installation, it is necessary to carry out no-load test run. During the operation, check whether all parts work normally. The maximum temperature rise of rolling bearing shall not be higher than 60 ℃.
3. After six months of continuous operation, the rotating parts should be checked once. The parts of the pull rod must keep normal cooperation. If there is any abnormal phenomenon, it should be repaired or replaced immediately.
4. Check once every six months, and clean the rolling bearing and box or replace the lubricating oil.
5. If the thickness of the bottom lining plate in direct contact with coal feeder is greater than half of the original thickness, it must be repaired or replaced.

When adjusting the productivity according to the unloading requirements, pull out the loose nut from the pin shaft of the crank part, rotate the position "1, 2, 3, 4" of the crank housing to fix it, insert the pin shaft into the connecting crank and crank and crank housing, fasten the pin shaft and nut, and then start the engine after adjusting the pin shaft and nut.
8. The reciprocating feeder is fixed under the opening of the storage bin. Before installation, it is necessary to determine the horizontal position, fasten the frame and the bin opening with bolts, and then place the transmission platform in the correct position. The H-shaped frame and the frame transmission platform are welded firmly. The reducer, motor alignment, installation and adjustment are properly fastened with bolts.

The support wheel can be added to the bottom plate, which is installed under the bottom plate and welded with the mining track. The support wheel is symmetrically arranged with the center line of the bottom plate, and the support wheel is on the rail. In order to increase the controllability of the radial gate, electric control devices can be installed, including motor, reducer, drum, wire rope, guide pulley, fixed platform, etc. The motor and reducer adopt the belt take-up device of belt conveyor, and the drum and guide pulley are processed by themselves.
