The double platen vibration drawing machine adopts the principle of double mass near resonance inertial vibration. Single row or double row shear rubber springs are arranged at the top and bottom. working principle

Installation process

1、 Preparatory work
1. According to the drawing machine installation chamber diagram, determine the size of each part and carry out the chamber excavation. The chamber should be regular and flat.
2. Determine the installation position, elevation and door frame position of the vibrating ore drawing machine.
3. Clean the floating surface and level the walls of the chamber.
4. Install the door frame of ore drawing bin, which shall be vertical and parallel to the track, and meet the requirements of eyebrow line height.
5. Build the foundation of drawing machine with concrete according to the size, and pour the gap around the door frame.
6. Check that the dimensions of each part of the drawing machine shall meet the design requirements.
2、 Installation work
The sequence is as follows: the foundation bolt on the frame sleeve is placed on the foundation, the rubber spring is installed on the frame, the vibration table is suspended on the frame, the position of the frame is checked and adjusted, and the anchor bolt hole is poured with concrete after the initial adjustment After solidification, adjust and verify the installation size to meet the installation requirements. Fix the frame, install the side plate and tension frame, weld the door frame and side plate sealing angle steel, fill powder ore or sand and stone on the table top, and connect the vibration electric machinery.
3、 Inspection of installation quality
1. Main inspection dimensions
A eyebrow line height, buried depth, tolerance ≤ 5%;
B. the depth of the discharging end penetrating into the tramcar or belt conveyor and the height from the end to the tramcar.
C. the height difference between the two edges of the table width is less than 5mm.
D. the inclination angle deviation of the table is less than ± 1 °.
2. The angle steel of sealing steel plate is welded correctly. In case of ore leakage, rubber plate with a certain width can be installed at the burying position to make the skirt edge for supplementary sealing.
3. The installation of electrical equipment shall meet the requirements of water-proof, moisture-proof and dust-proof.

Commissioning adjustment
 
1、 Inspection debugging
1. Adjust the eccentric block of vibration motor to the minimum exciting force, and tighten the positioning screws.
2. Before the formal trial operation, the electric start-up shall be carried out first, and the formal operation can be carried out after there is no abnormal phenomenon.
3. During the formal trial operation, the amplitude of the table is large, but there should be no dangerous violent vibration, no steel impact sound, rubber spring falling off, excessive noise, obvious overload of motor current, etc.
4. The no-load test run time is generally no more than one minute. If abnormal phenomena are found, stop immediately and try again after troubleshooting.
2、 Production commissioning
1. Before ore falling, 3-4cm gravel should be paved on the table top or the powder ore and crushed stone should be poured first to prevent the block ore from damaging the table.
2. Adjust the eccentric block to make the excitation force from small to large until it meets the design requirements.
3. In the forward and reverse test run, the turning direction with large production capacity is selected as the vibration motor steering, and the marks are painted.
4. The motor current should not exceed 80% of the rated value during the trial operation.
5. The vibration of the table is stable and the amplitude is normal. There is no obvious shimmy at the unloading end. There is no left-right vibration on the whole table. The noise is generally about 80 dB. The sealing is good. The ore is in good rest state after parking.

Use and maintenance

1. Before starting the machine, carefully check whether the bolt connection of each part is tight, and replace it in time if it is damaged.
2. After starting up, monitor the motor current, and stop the machine for inspection and timely treatment in case of multiple overload.
3. The whole machine shall be comprehensively inspected once a month, mainly including the bolt connection parts, weld joint conditions, inspection of motor and noise, and timely handling of abnormal phenomena.
4. It is not allowed to empty the ore drawing machine, and the empty vibration phenomenon is easy to damage the parts and components.
5. It is forbidden to wash the motor with water, and the water outlet of the motor should be smooth.
6. When working, no one shall stand or walk in front of the ore drawing mouth.
7. The ore drawing can only be done when the ore receiving car is aligned with the ore drawing mouth.
8. Replace the bearing grease every three months.
9. Cut off the power supply after work to prevent non operators from starting the motor by mistake.
