1. According to the needs of users, it can be equipped with advanced frequency conversion stepless automatic speed regulation system with wide adjustment range, which can fully adjust the material flow to meet the requirements of batching.
2. The fan-shaped outlet is adopted, which is not easy to block and can effectively control the feeding amount. The spiral case structure is adopted for the short pipe, and an access door is set on the top to deal with the blocking materials and clean up the sundries. The adjustment range is wide and the material can be discharged smoothly.
3. Large diameter external tooth type slewing bearing structure is adopted, with strong bearing capacity, large anti overturning torque, small resistance, stable and reliable operation of the whole machine, which can bear the pressure of ore tank material above 15m for a long time, and its service life is more than 10 years. It can be started smoothly under full load and low frequency. This is not possible with other types of disks.
4. The scraper device with adjustable angle can guide the material to a certain extent, and can transfer and unload the material to the next machine accurately.
5. The equipment is equipped with dust cover, closed structure and dust removal port. working principle

The transmission mode of PDX disc feeder is frequency converter → variable frequency motor → coupling → reducer → pinion → slewing ring gear → disc.
When the PDX disc feeder works, the motor drives the disk mounted on the worm reducer through the belt pulley. Driven by the motor and reducer, the disc rotates continuously, and then feeds materials in the direction of one side. The equipment is generally installed at the discharge port of other storage devices such as silo or bucket bin, which is also a connecting device between equipment. The bulk material is loaded into the receiving cylinder from the hopper. The material is not piled up on the disc by its own weight without the material receiving cylinder wall. It will rotate continuously with the rotation of the disc. The natural stacking angle of the material on the disc can be controlled by adjusting the gap between the sleeve and the disc by adjusting the bolt. When the material passes through the scraper on the disc liner evenly, the material in the spiral case will pass through the circle The disc rotates at the gate of the discharge sleeve, which is scraped out by the scraper, and then directly enters the batching conveyor belt, or enters the next hopper process device, so as to achieve the purpose of continuous feeding. According to the change of material quantity, the metering instrument can accurately control the material quantity, and the metered material on the belt is unloaded to the main process belt, thus completing the whole automatic batching process.

Components

Through the action of the internal gear pair, the disc makes a rotary motion, so that the materials in the silo are continuously discharged. The lower part of the material bin is provided with a special rotary supporting body to bear the rotary pressure.
1. The material sleeve guides the material to be discharged from the discharge port with the help of the rotation of the volute shaped guide plate and the disc, and a fan-shaped gate device is set to regulate the flow rate of the material.
2. The scraper plate is made of ordinary carbon steel and lined with wear-resistant 16Mn lining plate. The installation angle can be adjusted and fixed with bolts after proper adjustment. The clearance between it and the disk surface can also be adjusted properly.
3. The baffle plate is made of steel plate and profile by welding. It can accurately guide the material brought out by the disc rotation to the lower hopper to prevent material scattering.
4. The opening degree of the gate is realized by manual reducer. The lining plate is made of wear-resistant 16Mn steel plate and fixed with countersunk bolts.
5. The transmission device includes motor, hard tooth surface reducer, slewing ring, pinion and coupling. All drives are made of high-precision hard tooth surface gears, and the reducer adopts inverted spiral bevel gears with hard tooth surface and oil immersed self-lubricating.
6. The underframe is used to support the disc and transmission device.
7. The fan-shaped outlet can be used to adjust the size of the outlet.
8. The purpose of scraper device is to unload materials to the next equipment, which plays the role of controlling gate and guiding material layer.
9. The purpose of pipe assembly lifting device is to lift equipment.

Performance characteristics

1. Two thermal insulation measures are adopted on the panel surface, and the silicon carbide lining plate with small thermal conductivity, high strength, impact resistance and high wear resistance is in direct contact with the material, which can withstand the high temperature of 1400 ℃ and the impact force of 400kg.f/m2. Under the SiC lining plate is a steel plate plate plate, and a layer of L2 mm thick asbestos plate is added between the steel plate plate plate and the plate surface body.
2. The reducer and motor are installed under the disk surface, and the reducer, slewing ring and pinion are lubricated by thin oil station circulation. The cooling area of the cooling pipe of the thin oil station is greatly increased, and the lubricating oil is effectively cooled, which avoids the oil leakage caused by the rotation of the high-speed shaft of other low-quality reducers. Moreover, the reducer is relatively independent from the disc, so it is not necessary to empty the silo for maintenance The disc can be removed, which is very simple and the maintenance cycle is short.
3. The whole equipment has compact structure, reasonable layout, small space occupation, simple foundation (only one foundation) and regular layout. The oil inlet and outlet of the open oil pool at the reducer and slewing ring are respectively equipped with regulating valves to ensure that the oil inlet and outlet of the thin oil station can reach the balance under the maximum flow rate. The motor and reducer are connected by coupling. The motor is a standard seat type variable frequency motor, which requires good interchangeability, can adapt to high temperature working environment, and ensure the long-term normal operation of the disc feeder.
4. Heat resistant rubber is used for all sealing rubber parts to ensure good sealing performance of the equipment and prevent oil leakage and oil leakage. The corresponding heat insulation measures are also taken for each part of the equipment to reduce the heat transfer of high-temperature materials.
5. In the working site of the feeder equipment, it is generally recommended that the user drive the motor with advanced frequency conversion motor and be equipped with fan to cool the main motor. In addition, a standby oil pump is designed at the oil return port of the thin oil station. If the oil return in the thin oil station is not smooth, the oil return can be accelerated.
6. In the assembly of short pipe, disc, scraper and sector door, wear-resistant lining plate with excellent wear resistance is used. For materials with particle size less than 20 mm, 0-20 mm thick material lining (material abrasive) is designed on the disk lining plate, which greatly extends the continuous normal service cycle of PDX disc feeder and reduces the maintenance amount.
