 Working principle of suspended disc feeder
 
The four channel steel columns of the equipment are above the disc, as if the disc is suspended. The motor and the reducer are on the side below the disc. The motor drives the disc to rotate through the rotation of the V-belt and the vertical shaft of the worm gear reducer. Under the action of the discharge scraper inside the disc, the discharge port on the disc sleeve enters the next mechanical equipment to complete the feeding operation. Operation process

1. Employees can operate the equipment only after wearing the relevant protective equipment. This work is very necessary. Many accidents in daily life are caused by the lack of protection for personnel, resulting in tragedies everywhere.
2. Before starting the machine, it is necessary to check whether the disc is in the horizontal position, and turn the machine manually to check the flexibility of operation.
At this time, the disc can be connected correctly by adding lubricating oil. 3.
4. Check for periodic noise and oil leakage.
5. Check the temperature rise of bearing and lubricating oil to make sure it is within normal range.
6. Check the position of scraper and movable sleeve carefully before operation.
7. During operation, the screw gate shall be opened after the disc drive is stable, and the screw gate shall be closed before stopping.
8. The lubrication condition, bearing working condition and temperature rise of each part shall be checked frequently. If overheating occurs, it shall be eliminated immediately, and the machine shall be shut down for treatment if necessary.
9. During long-term operation, the wear of scraper, movable sleeve, disc worm gear, worm, V-belt and seal shall be inspected regularly, so as to adjust, repair or replace in time. When the equipment is in operation, adjustment and repair are not allowed.
10. The equipment and surrounding sanitation should be well done before each shift.
 
 Bearing of suspended disc feeder

Maintenance skills

      After 24 hours of installation and commissioning of the hanging disc feeder, the fixing bolts of the reducer should be reinforced to make the pinion on the reducer mesh with the large gear of the slewing support normally, and the reducer has no vibration phenomenon. If there is vibration phenomenon of the reducer, the meshing condition of the pinion and the big gear should be adjusted first, and then the concentricity of the motor and the reducer should be adjusted before use, so that the whole equipment can operate normally without disc The normal operation of the equipment can be realized only when the vibration phenomenon of the surface / speed machine / motor / the whole equipment occurs.
      The coupling between the motor and the reducer of the hanging disc feeder should be in the same central position to ensure the transmission efficiency of the motor reducer. If the coupling is not in the same position, the motor reducer will have different vibration phenomenon, even if the reducer vibration is large, the motor vibration is small, which will cause the equipment loss itself, the torque force is too large, resulting in low transmission efficiency, difficult disk start or normal use If the current is too high, the protection will not work properly.
 
 Maintenance skills of suspended disc feeder
 
The hanging disc feeder equipment should be inspected once a month. The inspection objects are: the wear degree of small gear, big gear and gear; the wear condition of nylon rod in the coupling; the running condition of the bearing in the motor and chengsu machine; the lubrication at the engagement of the big and small gears; the rotary support; the lubrication amount of the lubricating oil inside the chengsu machine; and the transmission concentricity of the motor reducer.
The lubrication of the transmission reducer of the hanging disc feeder should be good. After 7-10 days of normal use, the oil should be emptied and then refilled. After normal use, it should be changed every 3-6 months, and the lubrication performance of reducer lubricating oil should be checked every 3 months to ensure that the lubricating oil has good lubricity.
