working principle

Installation method

1. The installation of the equipment is generally suspended, that is to say, the suspension boom of the vibrator is vertically suspended, but the suspension boom of the feeding trough should be opened outward by 10 ° so as to reduce the lateral swing of the feeder during vibration.
2. For the installation of four suspended hanging stalks, it is recommended that the customers must install them on the structure with enough rigidity, and it is better to arrange the mobile sliding frame, so as to facilitate the maintenance or replacement of the material trough.
3. In order not to bring trouble to the follow-up installation work, it is recommended not to install the equipment by disassembly, and there should be a certain swimming clearance around the installed equipment to ensure that the equipment is always in a free state.

4. When installing the electrical control cabinet of the equipment, the wiring installation must be carried out according to the schematic diagram of the control cabinet, and the grounding protection should be done well.
5. In this way, we also remind the customer that before the commissioning of the installed equipment, we must loosen the positioning bolt of the coupling fork used in the maintenance, and then lock it with the nut to ensure the firm operation of the equipment.
6. During the operation of the equipment, it is necessary to ensure that the transverse direction of the equipment is in a horizontal state, so as to avoid the material deviation to one side in the subsequent operation of the equipment.

Maintenance

1. Before taking over the shift, the operator should carefully check and solve the remaining problems of the equipment of the previous shift, and then start the operation.
2. Before start-up, the impurities inside the machine body, chute or some transmission devices should be removed to avoid the impurities affecting the operation of the equipment.
3. Check whether all the fastening bolts of the equipment are firm and reliable. The vibration of the equipment will cause the loose bolts to vibrate and fall off, so there must be no loosening at all.
4. Check whether the lubricating oil inside the vibration exciter is higher than the oil level, and add the lubricating oil to the appropriate position.
5. The most important work is to check the power supply of the equipment. The protective devices should be put in place, and whether there are potential safety problems or unsafe phenomena. These problems need to be eliminated in time before they can be used.
