Single plate vibration drawing machine is a vibration type inertia vibration ore drawing equipment with vibration motor as excitation source, which is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials, coal and other mining industries. It is an ideal equipment for discharging, feeding or loading ore and other materials. The equipment is a new type of ore drawing product with Zdj vibration motor as excitation source, which can reasonably select and optimize design according to different requirements of production conditions. It can effectively prevent the ore with high water content from escaping, and has wide application range and strong adaptability.

working principle

      The vibration drawing machine is based on the vibration motor as the power source. The centrifugal force generated by the eccentric blocks installed at both ends of the vibration motor spindle is used to obtain the excitation force. The vibration force drives the table and the material of the drawing machine to do periodic linear reciprocating vibration. When the acceleration of the vibration of the drawing body is vertical greater than the acceleration of gravity, the material in the body is thrown up and moves forward according to the parabola track Due to the continuous vibration of the vibrating motor, the ore drawing body also vibrates continuously, and the materials in the body jump forward continuously, so as to achieve the purpose of ore drawing and ore conveying

Installation and debugging

1. Before the installation of the seat type ore drawing machine, the site foundation shall be compared with the drawing machine installation drawing. After inspection, the steel plate shall be embedded. The thickness of the steel plate shall be 20 mm, and the flatness shall not be greater than 1.5%.  
2. After the ore drawing machine is installed, adjust the relative position, and then spot weld the spring base and the embedded steel plate.
3. The rotation direction of two vibration motors must be opposite.  
4. After installation and running for 1 hour, check whether the machine body runs smoothly, the yaw is not greater than 0.5mm, and the bolt tightening of vibration motor is conducted.
5. If the processing capacity is not enough, the exciting force of the vibration motor can be adjusted to achieve the best effect.  
6. Adjustment of excitation force: A. remove the protective cover; B. loosen the two inner eccentric blocks; C. adjust the two outer eccentric blocks in the same phase and angle; D. tighten the adjusting bolts and install the protective cover; e. the temperature rise of the bearing of the vibration motor shall not be greater than 80oC (resistance method).  
7. During the working process of the ore drawing machine, attention should be paid to whether the machine body moves smoothly. If abnormal operation or abnormal sound is found, stop the machine immediately for inspection.  
8. The bearing of vibration motor shall be lubricated with 3 ᦇ lithium grease once a week. The bearing shall be inspected and cleaned once a year to check the wear degree of the bearing, and timely replace and repair if necessary.
9. It is necessary to check whether the fastening bolts of the connection parts are loose, and eliminate the hidden dangers in time.
 
 Installation and commissioning of drawing machine
 
Use and maintenance
 
1. Before working, it is necessary to check whether the connecting bolts between the vibration motor and the base are loose (due to the large force at this place, it is easy to loosen or even break the bolts), so as to ensure that the bolts are in a tight state.
2. Check whether the sealing is good and whether the sealing channel steel is firmly welded. If the welding is missed, the sealing shall be timely welded to prevent the material from scattering, affecting the normal operation of the motor and causing the motor to overload and burn out.
3. Clean the scattered materials under the table frequently to ensure that there is enough vibration space under the table.
4. The vibrating extractor can be started only after the receiving machine is in place and stopped stably.
5. Avoid air vibration. Empty vibration is an important cause of motor overload, bolt looseness, weld cracking and other accidents. During the no-load test run during installation and commissioning, the excitation force of motor should be adjusted to small Zui, or several damping springs should be removed to avoid excessive vibration force which will cause the pedestal and vibration damping to fall off.
6. After long-term shutdown or the motor is affected by damp, the 36V power supply must be connected first, and then the working power supply can be connected to start the work.
7. When working, the operator should not face the ore drawing machine. After stopping, the switch must be opened and the power supply must be cut off.
8. The power supply can not be wound in the motor factory, and a margin of not less than 80mm shall be reserved and fixed to the static outrigger near the motor
