Product introduction

The curved vibrating screen (arc screen) is mainly used for pre dewatering, desliming and demineralization of materials in the coal moving plant and concentrator, and the classification slime recovery. The arc screen is generally installed in front of the power screen to reduce the area of the power screen. It has the advantages of simple structure, small floor area, good dehydration effect, easy maintenance and material blockage. The screen machine is composed of a half wi2030 mm screen box with a 45 degree and 60 degree curvature. The arc screen surface and screen frame adopt a pivot special structure, which can rotate 180 degrees and prolong the service life of the screen surface.

working principle

The dewatering principle of the arc screen is to separate the slime water by the cutting action of the sharp edge on the feeding side of the screen bar; according to the application situation and the material moisture difference, the arc screen is divided into vibration arc screen and non power arc screen. HS arc screen is overturned by feeding box, screen box and screen machine base shaft to realize the position adjustment of feeding end and discharging end, so as to achieve uniform wear, prolong service life and operate flexibly and conveniently.

Product maintenance

1. Weekly inspection: check whether the vibrator and bolts of each part are loose, check whether the rubber spring is damaged, check whether the screen surface is damaged or the screen hole is too large, if any, it should be handled in time.
2. Monthly inspection: check whether there are cracks in the screen frame structure itself or the weld. If cracks are found on the beam or side plate, clean the surface, drill 5mm holes at the end to shovel out the groove and preheat the repair welding. The repair welding should ensure full penetration. After welding, the seam should be ground flat, and the reinforcing plate should be added. In order to avoid stress concentration, it is not allowed to open holes and weld accessories on the screen frame.
3. Annual inspection: if there is a power arc screen, overhaul the vibration motor. All the vibration motors should be disassembled for maintenance. If the rolling bearing is pitted or cracked, it should be scrapped. When reassembling, it should be noted that the position of the eccentric block should be kept in the same phase.
