Product introduction

The energy-saving vibration motor is used as the vibration source, and the vibration exciter can also be used as the vibration source. It has the advantages of light weight, convenient transportation, and can install walking wheel for mobile operation.  High efficiency vibrating screen

working principle

The mine used vibrating screen is driven by double vibration source motor, which works on the principle of vibration excitation by vibration motor. When the two motors rotate synchronously and reversely, the vibration force generated by the eccentric block offsets each other in the direction parallel to the motor axis, and overlaps as a resultant force in the direction perpendicular to the motor axis, so the motion track of the screen machine is a straight line. The two motor shafts have an inclination angle in the vertical direction relative to the screen surface. Under the combined action of the vibration force and the material gravity, the material is thrown up on the screen surface to make a leap forward linear movement, so as to match the screen screen reasonably to achieve the purpose of screening.

Product maintenance

1. Start when there is no material on the screen surface. Try to avoid starting with material. Feed the sieve machine after it runs smoothly. Stop feeding before shutdown. Stop the machine after the material is discharged. Observe the operation of the screen frequently. If there is abnormal noise or noise, stop the machine in time to find out the cause and eliminate the fault.
2. When starting, pay attention to whether there is abnormal noise, whether the current is stable and whether the vibration is abnormal.
3. In case of cracks on the side plate and cross beam of screen box, timely repair welding shall be carried out. First, drill a small hole at the development end of the crack, and then use carbon arc air gouging to make a groove at the crack, and then carry out welding repair. The welding repair shall be carried out in strict accordance with the welding process.
4. Generally, the bearing of the screen machine is replaced once every 8-12 months, and the transmission belt is replaced every 2-3 months. The service life of the spring is not less than 3-6 months, and the service life of the screen frame is more than two years.
5. KZS high efficiency vibrating screen adopts vibration motor as vibration source, and the lubricating oil of vibration motor shall be inspected regularly. The amount of oil should not be too much, and the amount of oil should not exceed two thirds of the whole bearing space, otherwise the bearing temperature will be too high.
6. Regularly check the fastening of connecting bolts on the screen. More attention should be paid to the fastening of the connecting bolts between the vibrator and the screen box. If any looseness is found, it should be tightened in time.
7. Regularly check whether the screen is loose, which is an important factor affecting the production efficiency, and it should be tightened immediately after discovery.
