working principle

Inertia vibration conveying shakeout machine is a new kind of vibration shakeout equipment. It is mainly composed of frame and base, all of which adopt welding structure. The vibration part of the frame is supported on the bottom of the machine by two rows of springs. The side of the frame of the shaker is horizontally symmetrical and driven by a double vibration motor. The resultant force of the exciting force is perpendicular to the upper plane of the grid to form a single mass structure. When the two vibrating motors rotate synchronously and reversely, the exciting force generated by the eccentric block offsets each other in the direction parallel to the motor axis, and is perpendicular to the axis of the motor The direction of the motor shaft is superimposed as a resultant force, so the movement track of the material is a straight line.
The two motor shafts have an inclination angle relative to the screen surface. Under the combined force of excitation force and material gravity, the material is thrown up on the steel plate grid screen surface and makes a leap forward linear movement, so as to achieve the purpose of sand falling and screening and classification of materials. The equipment has the characteristics of advanced and reasonable structure, high sand falling efficiency, stable start-up and stop, and low noise. It can be used alone or in combination. 1. The first is the maintenance of the vibration motor of the equipment. The lubricating oil should be replaced regularly and the impurities inside the motor should be thoroughly cleaned regularly. Check the eccentric block of the motor carefully when working every day to ensure the normal exciting force.
2. The second is the maintenance of the steel plate grid of the equipment, which is directly in contact with the material, so the maintenance work is very important. It is necessary to regularly clean the interior and check its wear degree, so as to avoid serious wear leading to incomplete grid and affecting the final sanding effect.
3. The last is the maintenance of the vibration damping system of the equipment, which is also known as the vibration spring. The system is used as the equipment support to reduce the friction between the frame and the base. During daily maintenance, pay attention to whether the spring is deformed, whether there is crack or the height is different. If it is found, it should be replaced or adjusted immediately.
4. For equipment with vibration, the screws for fastening parts must be tightened again after one week of use; the equipment operation and maintenance personnel must check whether the connection parts of the equipment are in good condition every day.
5. Pay attention to the safe grounding of the motor to prevent leakage. The electric circuit has voltage loss, short circuit and overheating protection.

1. The connecting rod spring is an important part of the equipment. It is necessary to check whether its compression amount is appropriate. If the vibration time is too long, it is easy to loosen the compression nut around it. Therefore, it is necessary to check it at least once a week and always keep all bolts in place.
2. During the weekly inspection of the equipment, the transmission parts of the equipment should also be checked to see whether the rotation is flexible, whether there is enough lubricating oil, whether the counterweight of the motor is tight, and whether the sealing sleeve of the equipment is cracked and leaked with ash. As long as it does not meet the requirements, it must be solved before starting the machine.
3. When the general equipment is in operation for one month, a thorough monthly inspection should be carried out to see whether there are cracks at the welding joint, especially whether the vibration isolation spring and rubber spring are cracked or aged.
4. Bearing plays an important role in the equipment. When the equipment is running for half a year, it is recommended to open the bearing cover of the transmission shaft to check the working condition and wear degree of the bearing, and replace it with a new bearing if necessary.
5. Generally, the warranty period of the equipment is beyond one year. At this time, it is necessary to replace and repair many parts of the equipment. For example, the spring or individual transmission parts need to be inspected. Of course, the wear of the groove and material mouth of the equipment should be checked. In short, regular maintenance is an essential process, and the maintenance is good The device can only run normally for a long time.

Commissioning instructions

Before work:
1. The operator must wear labor protection articles according to the regulations, and carry the operation and maintenance work with them.
2. Before starting the shaker, the lower sand feeding device should be started.   
3. Before operation, check whether the vibration is stable and whether the vibration motor operates reliably. If there is abnormal sound or abnormal, the machine should be shut down for maintenance, and it can be used only after normal handling.  
4. There is a button box beside the shaker, which can start or stop the shaker directly.
When the foundation bolts are tightened and installed, check the vibration of the foundation bolts.   
6. The main operator must personally check the above conditions and confirm that the key can be taken out to start the machine.   
7. The operator must carry out the no-load test run and confirm that the operation is good.
 
 Maintenance of inertia vibration conveying shaker
At work:
1. When the shaker is started, it should be operated in strict accordance with the procedures, check whether the movement is normal, carefully observe whether there is any collision, and check that all kinds of movements are normal before normal production.
2. The amplitude of the shaker is 2-6 mm when it works normally, and the amplitude should not be greater than 6 mm, so as to avoid the fracture of the machine body due to welding or spring fatigue
3. The casting and sand box can not be unloaded by themselves, so it is necessary to lift the casting away from the machine with lifting equipment to complete the sand dropping process of a mold.   
4. After the two vibration motors are powered on, they should be in reverse rotation.   
5. Turn on the power and press the start button to start the shaker. After 6-8 hours of no-load operation, press the stop button to stop the shaker.   
6. The amplitude of the shaker can be adjusted by adjusting the exciting force of the vibrating motor. When the exciting force is large, the corresponding amplitude is also large. There are a pair of eccentric blocks at each end of the vibration motor. The exciting force of the vibration motor can be adjusted by changing the angle between the two eccentric blocks. When the angle between the two eccentric blocks is zero, the exciting force of the vibration motor is the maximum, and when the angle between the eccentric blocks is 180 °, the exciting force is zero. According to the needs of actual production, the exciting force and amplitude are adjusted to the most appropriate range.   
7. During the load operation, the cast mold and sand box after pouring are suspended on the grid of the shaker, and the shaker is started to make it run, then the sand dropping can be carried out. In order to speed up the sand falling, the sand box can be lifted several times with the lifting equipment. After the mold and the sand box are completely separated, the sand box is lifted away from the table of the sand shaker, and the next sanding can be carried out.

After work:
1. Regularly check whether there is abnormal damage and abnormal sound (visual inspection and hearing), and timely repair.   
2. Check the electrical regularly to ensure the reliability of the motor grounding wire, and ensure that the working environment of the control system is appropriate, safe and reliable.   
3. Clean up the scattered sand in the process of sanding regularly.   
4. Regularly check whether the fastening state of the vibration motor and the chord difference of the eccentric block are consistent, and continue to work after the problem is solved. Check the vibration motor bolt once a week to make it in a tight state.  
5. According to the operation requirements of the vibration motor, replace the grease in the bearing when it is used for about 1200 hours.   
6. After shutdown, the fastening bolts of vibration motor shall be checked again and tightened again.
