working principle

a. The top of the wedge device is equipped with adjusting bolts. When the adjusting bolts pull the wedge upward, the wedge will push the movable roller away from the fixed wheel, that is, the gap between the two rollers will be larger, and the discharge particle size will be larger. When the wedge is downward, the clearance between the two wheels of the movable roller will be smaller under the action of the compression spring, and the discharge particle size will be smaller.
b. The gasket device can adjust the size of the discharging granularity by increasing or decreasing the number or thickness of the gasket. When the gasket is added, the gap between the two rollers will become larger, and the discharge particle size will be larger. When the gasket is reduced, the gap between the two rollers will be smaller and the discharge particle size will be smaller.
3. Spring safety device is a very important part of the equipment, which plays a role in protecting the spring tightness of circuit breaker in normal work. When the equipment is in operation, the spring pressure can balance the force between the two rollers to maintain the discharge gap at the port, so that the material particle size is uniform.
4. The transmission device is the driving mechanism of the equipment. The device is driven by two motors to the grooved wheel through the V-belt. When the roller is used to crush the material, the material is crushed through the roller from the feed port, and the finished product is discharged from the bottom frame. When large pieces of non-material enter the crusher, the distance between the two rollers will change, and the long gear can still ensure correct meshing. 1. 3. When the roller crusher has been running for a long time, the surface area of the roller will be greatly worn, which will cause the product particle size to be too fine. It is necessary to pay attention to the whole ore mouth or overhaul the equipment.
4. When using the double roll crusher, it is necessary to check the lubricating grease quantity of the equipment to avoid the wear of the double roller bearing caused by the lack of lubricating grease.
