working principle

Layout form

According to the site installation layout, in order to obtain better receiving and unloading conditions, the machine adopts "Z" shape layout. That is, the upper horizontal section, the lower horizontal section and the inclined section are arranged, and the material is received in the lower horizontal section, and the material is discharged in the upper horizontal section. The upper horizontal section and inclined section are connected by convex arc section frame, and the lower horizontal section and inclined section are connected by concave arc section frame to realize the smooth transition of conveyor belt.
1. Upper horizontal section: in order to meet the requirements of different unloading height, the head frame is divided into low head frame (H0 = 1000mm), Chinese head frame (H0 = 1100 ~ 1500mm) and high head frame (H0 = 1600 ~ 2000mm). Accordingly, the upper horizontal section is equipped with low type convex arc section frame and low type middle frame support leg (equipped with head frame height H0 = 1000mm), Chinese type convex arc section frame and Chinese type intermediate frame support leg (equipped with head frame height H0 = 1100 ~ 1500mm), high type convex section frame and high type intermediate frame support leg (with head frame height H0 = 1600 ~ 2000mm).
2. Launching and leveling section: the launching horizontal section adopts low type intermediate support legs.
3. Inclined section: no matter whether the upper horizontal section adopts low type, Chinese type or high type intermediate frame outrigger, the inclined section adopts low type intermediate support leg. When the inclination angle of the conveyor is greater than or equal to 45 degrees, it is recommended to use type II low type intermediate support legs.

1. Transmission drum: it is the main part of power transmission, and the conveyor belt runs by the friction between it and the driving drum. This series of transmission rollers are divided into rubber surface and smooth surface. The purpose of rubber surface roller is to increase the adhesion between roller and conveyor belt.
2. Driving device: it is the power part of the conveyor. It is composed of Y series motor, ZJ shaft mounted reducer, wedge type backstop.
So as to realize the function of the belt conveyor in the form of "the bottom plate, the baffle" and the "baffle".
4. Idler: the idler is used to support the conveyor belt and the materials on the belt to make it run stably. This series has two types of upper parallel idler and lower flat idler.
5. Belt pressing wheel: used to change the running direction of the conveyor belt. The belt pressing wheel is used for the upper surface (bearing surface) of the conveyor belt.
6. Tension device: its functions are: 1. Make the conveyor belt have enough tension to ensure that there is no slipping between the conveyor belt and the driving drum. 2. Limit the sag of the conveyor belt between the supports to make the conveyor run normally. This series adopts screw tension device.
7. Vertical roller: the vertical roller is used to limit the deviation of the conveyor belt and is installed on the upper and lower transition section frame. Each filter section rack is provided with 4 upper and two lower.
8. Belt supporting roller: it is used to support the lower branch of conveyor belt on the bracket of convex arc section, and it is supported on the empty edge of both sides of the conveyor belt. Several groups of belt supporting rollers form an arc section to change the direction of the conveyor belt. The supporting roller is supported by cantilever.
9. Frame, head funnel, head shield, guide groove, intermediate frame, intermediate frame leg, etc. in the belt conveyor, they play the role of supporting, dustproof and guiding respectively. There are three kinds of outriggers in this series: low type, Chinese type and high type. Only low type intermediate support legs are used for launching flat section and inclined section, while different intermediate support legs (low type, Chinese type and high type intermediate frame legs) are used for upper and lower horizontal section according to different head frames (low type, Chinese type and high type head frame).
10. Turning drum: used to change the running direction of conveyor belt. The turning drum is used for the lower surface (non bearing surface) of the conveyor belt.
11. Beating wheel cleaning device: used to beat the back of the conveyor belt to shake off the materials stuck on the conveyor belt.

Operation and maintenance

1. After installation, all rollers and idlers shall rotate flexibly without clamping stagnation.
2. The straightness of the center line of the large angle belt conveyor frame shall meet the requirements, and the straightness within any 25m length shall be 5mm.
3. The parallelism between the drum axis and the horizontal plane is 1 / 1000 of the length of the drum axis.
4. The perpendicularity of the roller axis to the center line of the conveyor frame is 2 / 1000 of the length of the drum axis, and the symmetry of the roller center line to the conveyor frame center line is 3.0 mm.
The length of the conveyor belt should not be in contact with the scraper.
