          Single drum vibration mill belongs to a kind of vibration mill, which is an ultra-fine grinding equipment with ball or rod as medium. Medium vibration in the mill can make the material less than 2mm crushed to several microns. The equipment vibrates the material in the form of a single cylinder.  Single drum vibration mill

working principle

The single drum vibration mill has a cylindrical cylinder, which contains grinding medium and material, and the cylinder body is supported on the spring. A rolling bearing is installed in the central tube of the cylinder body, and the vibration exciter is installed in the bearing. The vibration exciter is composed of an eccentric shaft and an eccentric weight installed on it. When the exciter is driven by the motor and the elastic coupling, the cylinder supported on the spring vibrates due to the inertial centrifugal force, and the medium in the mill also vibrates. When the vibration frequency is large, the medium will rotate, throw and impact each other. The material sandwiched in the medium is crushed by impact and abrasion.

The single drum vibration mill is mainly composed of vibration motor, body, underframe, grinding drum, liner, grinding medium and elastic support.
1. Vibration motor: provide energy for grinding machine; vibration motor has two groups of eccentric blocks, eccentric blocks on both sides rotate in the same direction, so that the required exciting force scale line is aligned with the reference line of shaft end;
2. Grinding barrel shell: it is the working body of grinding mill, which is used to contain grinding medium and abrasive. The shell of the grinding cylinder is composed of one grinding cylinder, and the wear-resistant lining cylinder is installed in the grinding cylinder, which can be taken out and replaced after grinding damage;
3. Underframe: the machine body is lifted by elastic support, and the flexible connection distance between the driving motor and the vibration body is kept unchanged;
4. Lining barrel: it is close to the inner wall of the grinding drum to protect the grinding drum. When the materials are vibrated and grinded in the grinding drum, the inner wall of the grinding drum is also greatly worn. The lining cylinder which is easy to replace is installed in the grinding cylinder, which can improve the service life of the whole machine;
5. Grinding medium: it is the grinding body of the mill, which is used for impact grinding of materials;
6. Elastic support: it is installed on four fulcrums with two springs at each fulcrum. Its main function is to make the mill body in elastic state and basically isolate the vibration impact of the machine body on the base during vibration, so as to reduce the dynamic load transferred from the mill to the foundation. In order to make the mill in good working condition, the adjusting gasket can be added under the spring support, which is used to solve the installation problem of the mill body (barrel) levelness. The concentricity of the upper and lower contact surfaces of each spring shall be ensured during installation, and the tolerance shall not exceed 2mm;

Common faults

1. The hard foreign matter mixed into the material, which causes sudden vibration in the mill, should be stopped and discharged.
2. If the blanking point is deviated to one side, it will also cause periodic vibration, so the material should be fed from the center of the grinding plate.
3. The frequent change of particle size will cause roller oscillation, so the proper feed size should be controlled.
4. The material flow is unstable, and the feeding time is more or less, and the moisture content is larger or smaller, which makes it difficult for the mill to adapt and make the roller jump, so the material flow should be stable as far as possible.
5. The material is dry and fine, which causes the throwing material not to form a material layer, the buffer is too small, and the vibration is violent. Therefore, the material flow resistance should be improved.
6. The material layer becomes thinner gradually, the material is unbalanced, and the ventilation is small; the slag spitting is increased, and the circulating material is less; the material pressure is unbalanced, the material is large, the pressure is small, and the grinding efficiency is The material layer will be thinned slowly and vibration will be caused. The improvement measure is to adjust the appropriate process parameters
