Product advantages

1. The flip flow screen adopts the principle of dual mass sub resonance. The material is thrown through the relaxation and tension movement of the elastic screen surface installed on the inclined screen box. The vibration frequency is 800 times per minute. The grading particle size can be as small as 3mm by dry screening.
2. Because the relaxation movement of the screen surface can transfer the acceleration of 50g to the material, it can screen the difficult materials, and the screen hole is not easy to be blocked.

working principle

Flip flow screen is developed from the traditional circular vibrating screen. The principle is that double vibration is generated by single drive, that is, two vibrations are provided by one driver through resonance. The basic vibration is circular vibration caused by eccentric block rotation, and additional vibration refers to elliptical vibration generated by floating screen frame. The two ends of the elastic polyurethane screen surface are respectively installed on the fixed beam and the floating beam on the floating screen frame. During the screening process, the polyurethane screen surface continuously expands and contracts (more than 800 times per minute) so as to obtain high vibration intensity (50g) and effectively prevent the screen hole from blocking.

Maintenance

1. Regularly check whether the coarse mesh, fine mesh and spring of the equipment are damaged. If there is any damage, repair it in time to prevent material leakage.
2. Regularly check whether all parts of the equipment fuselage are damaged due to poor vibration.
3. Regularly replenish lubricating grease for lubricating parts of equipment.
4. Pay attention to whether the equipment has abnormal noise or whether the current is stable and whether the vibration is abnormal.
5. After each shutdown, the equipment should be cleaned to avoid residual materials affecting the next use.

Difference and advantage between flip flow screen and ordinary vibrating screen

1. Vibration principle is different: ordinary vibrating screen only produces circular vibration or linear vibration due to exciter, and screen surface and vibrating screen are integrated vibration; while the vibration of flip screen is composed of two parts, circular vibration or linear vibration generated by vibration exciter and relaxation vibration of screen surface generated by floating screen frame, which can ensure that the screen hole is not easy to be blocked.
2. The vibrating intensity of the material sieved by the flip flow screen is high. Because the double vibration principle can make the screened material produce 50 g vibration intensity, while the ordinary vibrating screen can only reach the maximum vibration intensity of 5 g, the flip screen can achieve high screening efficiency.
3. Flip flow screen has strong adaptability for screening materials, and can handle wet and sticky materials that are difficult to screen without blocking the screen holes.
4. Due to the advanced vibration principle, the whole flip flow screen has light weight and low power of driving motor.
5. The equipment maintenance and operation cost is low.
