Horizontal air flow through screen is suitable for screening and grading of 150-500 mesh powdery materials. It has high screening efficiency, large output, automatic feeding and discharging, continuous operation and good dust-proof performance, which makes it difficult for other types of screening machines to carry out high-precision screening operation. After screening 120-180 mesh light calcium, 300 mesh heavy calcium, 400 mesh active calcium, 300 mesh hawthorn powder, 320-500 mesh zinc powder, 500 mesh iron oxide black and other materials, the best screening effect was obtained. The output per square meter screen area per hour was about one ton, and the screening accuracy was more than 95%, and the air dust content was less than 10 mg / m3.

working principle

The screen screen of horizontal air flow screen is cylindrical, which is placed in the body. After passing through the screw conveying system, the material is mixed with the air flow and atomized into the screen cylinder; the material is subjected to centrifugal force and cyclone propulsion force through the wind wheel blade in the screen cylinder, so that the material can be sprayed through the screen and discharged from the fine material outlet, and the material that cannot pass the screen is discharged from the coarse material outlet along the screen wall.

Product maintenance

1. According to the requirements of the product manual, the operators should correctly use the air flow screening machine, and do a good job in cleaning, lubricating, fastening and anti-corrosion of the equipment, so as to keep the equipment in a clean, good performance, safe and reliable state.
2. After the end of daily use, record the equipment work of the day, and mark the parts that need to be repaired, so as to facilitate the maintenance personnel to carry out maintenance.
3. Replace the screen after the air flow screening machine stops completely.
4. The wind wheel of the main engine rotates anticlockwise to avoid wrong steering. Press the arrow to turn the fan. The discharging auger turns to the direction indicated by the arrow. After the steering direction of each machine is correct according to the mark, start the induced draft fan first. After a few seconds, start the airflow screen to check whether there is air leakage at the connecting parts and whether the machine has special noise. Attention should be paid during maintenance: it is strictly forbidden to open the inspection door on the shell before the air screen stops stably.
     5. After the operation is normal, wrap the auger outlet with cloth bag, and manually add a little material to the feeding port of the main engine, generally 20-50 kg. The feeding time should be controlled within 1-2 minutes. The feeding should be uniform and continuous. After the materials are fed, all the materials should be stopped for observation. After the air flow screening machine stops, open the inspection door to observe whether the materials pass through the screen, whether the mesh is stuck, and the amount of powder in the slag, etc If satisfied, close the inspection door and start the screening system.
6. It is forbidden to shut down the equipment with materials. After screening the materials with the equipment, the equipment can be stopped again to avoid overload when the equipment is started.
   Note: Horizontal airflow screening machine is a complete set of equipment combination to complete the screening operation of materials. Once some parts fail, it is necessary to shut down the whole machine, and then find out the cause of equipment failure, analyze the cause of failure, and find out reasonable solutions.
