Product introduction

Plastic vibrating screen, also known as anticorrosive vibrating screen and plastic chemical circular vibrating screen, is mainly used to screen and filter corrosive materials. The plastic rotary shaker designed and developed by our company is specialized in solving some corrosive materials. It is totally different from the screening machine made of Q235 ordinary carbon steel and SUS304 stainless steel. The plastic vibrating screen and material contact part are made of PP food grade polypropylene material, which is the best filtration choice with oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance at present.

Product advantages

1. PP food grade plastic material is used in the contact part of plastic vibrating screen, which is the most effective solution for screening, impurity removal and filtration of materials with oxidation and corrosion of steel materials;

working principle

  The yzul vertical vibration motor is used as the excitation source for the plastic rotary vibration screen. The rotary motion is transformed into horizontal, vertical and inclined three-dimensional motion through the eccentric weights at the upper and lower ends of the vibration motor, and is transmitted to the screen surface. The materials enter the equipment through the entrance. According to the screening requirements of different materials, the materials are discharged by layers with different mesh number of metal woven mesh after passing through the screen In this process, the screen cleaning device (bouncing ball) under the screen of each layer continuously impacts the screen through the frequency vibration, so that the materials on the screen side can pass through the screen smoothly, and effectively solve the phenomenon of material blocking. The materials with different mesh numbers are discharged at the outlet of each layer through the corresponding mesh number of each layer, so as to realize the purpose of screening, impurity removal or filtering and grading.

Product maintenance

1. The machine should be equipped with electrical protection device.
2. At the beginning of the machine operation, check the anchor bolts at least once a day to prevent loosening.
3. When the motor rotation direction does not meet the requirements, adjust the power phase sequence.
4. The motor should be well lubricated. Lithium grease (zl-3) should be added once every two weeks or so. When adding oil, proper amount of lithium base grease should be added through the oil cup. When sealed bearings are used, the motor does not include an oil cup.
5. After 1500 hours of operation, the bearing should be checked and replaced immediately if there is serious damage.
6. When the machine is used again after being stopped for a long time, the insulation resistance should be measured, which should be greater than 0.5 megohm when used for 500 V megohmmeter measurement.
