working principle

      The experimental vibration mill is mainly composed of frame, underframe, exciter, barrel, spring, motor, etc. when the machine is started, the vibration exciter is driven by the motor when the cylinder of the vibration mill is in circular vibration. The vibration force is generated to make the mill barrel vibrate continuously with high frequency and small amplitude. The medium and materials in the cylinder are overturned in the cylinder. Due to the rotation and relative motion of the grinding medium, the materials are frequently impacted and grinded This kind of regular overturning, impact and rotation of the medium can make the material be crushed in a short time and achieve the ideal crushing effect, so as to achieve the purpose of uniform crushing of materials. Structural advantages

4. The common medium of vibration mill is Φ 16 - Φ 36mm steel bar. The steel bar should be carburized and quenched, and the surface hardness should be above HRC55.
5. When the feed particle size is more than 15mm, the larger diameter is adopted, and the smaller diameter is used when the feed particle size is less than 15mm. The mixed grading of two different diameter steel bars is better.

Installation and adjustment

1. The underframe of vibration mill shall be installed on cement foundation, and the underframe shall be leveled and aligned.
2. The horizontal error of the lower part of the supports on both sides of the cylinder shall not be greater than 0.5mm. After the underframe is leveled and aligned, the anchor bolts shall be fixed firmly by secondary grouting.
3. After the vibration mill is installed and adjusted, the sound insulation cover shall be installed.
4. All sealing and dust-proof parts and soft connection interfaces shall be in effective working state. If there is any damage or failure, it shall be treated or replaced immediately.
5. The cooling water circuit of the vibration exciter should be connected in parallel with the vibration mill. When the vibration mill is running, there is noise. In order to reduce the environmental noise, the vibration mill should be sealed with a sound insulation cover.
