working principle

  The motor of the clapping type vibrating screen drives the gear to change speed to rotate the main shaft. The main shaft drives the eccentric wheel to make the sliding plate drive the equipment to do reciprocating motion. At the same time, it drives the top bar to rotate. In the reciprocating motion, the hammer slaps the screen frame, and the materials smaller than the mesh can easily pass through the screen. usage method

1. Before starting the machine, 10 kg of oil must be added. Pay attention to whether the arrow direction shown on the motor shell is consistent, and reverse rotation is prohibited;
2. The equipment must be fixed before operation;
3. Install the screen with the sample on the lower sieve plate, adjust the lifting bracket to make the screen clamp tightly between the sieve plate and the lower screen plate;
4. Plug the motor line plug into the program controller socket, and plug the power line into the three-phase line socket;
5. Press the power switch to set the time. According to the user's needs, press the "△" key lightly for up regulation, press "▽" for down regulation, and press "△" and "▽" for 60 seconds each time;
6. After setting the required time according to the test procedures, press the on key to start the mechanical work, and the indicator light will be on during operation;
7. When the instrument is in normal operation, press the off key if it is necessary to stop the machine;
8. The time should be reset every time the machine is shut down;
9. Attention: do not turn on and off the machine frequently when using, and cut off the power supply after shutdown.

Product maintenance

1. The correct motor rotation direction is required;
2. Oil filling: fill the case with ordinary engine oil and add it to the height of the red line of the oil mark. The oil level should be checked regularly and the oil should be changed every half a year. The upper and lower slide plates should be opened regularly to add grease, and the main shaft sleeve should be filled with grease cup regularly and tightened one circle to make the grease enter the lubricating surface. Clean the dirt on the slide plate and clean it regularly;
3. Power wiring: the direction of single-phase motor has been adjusted before delivery, and it can be used after being connected to the power supply. After the three-phase motor is connected to the power supply, the hammer iron ejector rod should be lifted to a reasonable height before starting up, and the test run should be conducted to observe whether the steering direction is correct. Attention must be paid to the correct direction of the equipment before use;
4. Installation of casing screen: loosen the nut on the base of the sleeve screen, install it, move the base upward to a proper position, tighten the nut on the base of the sieve, and fix the base of the sieve, and then use it;
5. Timing: the machine has timing function. The timing adjustment method is: adjust the degree on the transistor relay and check with a stopwatch to increase or decrease the scale to accurate time;
