1. 2. Based on the longitudinal center line, determine the anchor position, track installation position, and other positioning center dimensions of the driving device of the relevant rack, and then carry out various rack installation according to the requirements of structural construction drawing and installation drawing, including head frame, tail frame, intermediate support and driving device frame.
3. Carefully check whether there are impurities and foreign matters in the running track, running roller, head and tail of chain plate conveyor to avoid jamming and affecting the normal operation of the equipment.
4. After all inspection work is completed, no-load test run is required. At this time, it is necessary to click the switch button to start the equipment. With the increase and increase of jogging times and working interval, a no-load cycle operation track is formed. The test run should be more than two hours, and the temperature of the bearing should not exceed 70 ℃.

1. Check all the traveling rollers for flexible rotation. In case of rail sticking and sliding, replace or remove the fault immediately.
2. Adjust the tension device to make the initial tension of the two traction chains balanced and appropriate. When the initial tension is too large, it will increase the power consumption; if the initial tension is too small, it will affect the normal meshing of sprocket and traction chain, and increase the instability in operation.
3. Whether the teeth of driving sprocket and tail wheel and traction chain are in normal meshing state. If the difference is too large, screw the bearing seat bolts of the driving sprocket and the driven sprocket, and slightly adjust the center line position of the active sprocket and the passive sprocket.
4. Carry out no-load commissioning under the condition that all indexes of the equipment are normal. After all faults have been eliminated,
Another 10-20 hours of no-load running in test is carried out, and finally the load test vehicle is carried out.
5. In operation, if the moving components are stuck and forced mechanical friction, the machine should be shut down immediately to check the fault, and then remove it.
