Scope of application
 
1. The ambient temperature used is - 20 ~ 50 ℃; the inclination angle of the conveyor is less than 20 ° C; the conveying length is generally less than 40 m, and the longest is no more than 70 M.
The conveying length is 70m and the temperature is not less than 200m.
3. It is widely used in building materials, chemical industry, electric power, metallurgy, coal mine carbon, grain and other industries. It can transport powdery, granular and small-sized materials. It is not suitable for conveying materials that are easy to deteriorate, sticky and caking.

working principle

The rotating screw is used to move the transported materials along the fixed casing for conveying, and the head and tail bearings are moved out of the shell. When the screw shaft rotates, due to the gravity of the material and the friction force generated by the wall of the trough, the material can only move forward along the bottom of the conveyor under the moving of the rotating spiral blade. The friction resistance of the material is actually the weight of the material and the shell of the screw conveyor, so that the material does not rotate with the blade of the screw conveyor.

The hanging shaft of tubular screw conveyor adopts sliding bearing and dust-proof sealing device. The bearing bush is generally made of powder metallurgy. The felt bearing bush is used for conveying cement. The hanging shaft and spiral shaft are connected by sliding block.

Structure classification

1. From the angle of material displacement direction, it can be divided into horizontal screw conveyor and inclined screw conveyor.
2. From the internal structure and conveying form, it can be divided into shaft screw conveyor (LS screw conveyor) and shaftless screw conveyor (LSS screw conveyor). The shaft screw conveyor is suitable for cohesionless dry powder materials and small particle materials, such as cement, fly ash, lime, grain, etc.; the shaftless screw conveyor is suitable for viscous and easily winding materials, such as sludge, biomass, garbage, etc.
3. From the shape and structure, it can be divided into single screw conveyor and double screw conveyor.

Maintenance

1. If the equipment emits harsh noise during operation, it is necessary to open the cover for inspection immediately and eliminate the fault in time.
2. The materials should be transported according to the standard conveying volume in the manual, and overload is not allowed, otherwise the materials can not be discharged, which will cause the spiral shaft to bend and the box body to expand and damage.
3. When the equipment is running, pay attention to the expansion and contraction of the box at all times to see whether it is free or stuck. If there is any, it should be solved immediately.
4. After the equipment is shut down, check the spiral blade in time. If there is wear, repair welding must be carried out, and if it is serious, it must be replaced.

Installation and adjustment
 
1. During no-load test run, the bearing shall not leak oil, and the bearing temperature rise shall not exceed 20 ℃. During the load test run, the temperature rise of bearing shall not exceed 30 ℃.
2. The shaft of driving device and screw shaft should keep good coaxiality. The height of the driving device can be adjusted with the aid of gasket.
3. The joint of each section of the material trough should be tight without dislocation. The gasket can be added between the section and the section, between the top cover and the material groove, so as to ensure the sealing of the material groove. At the same time, the length error of the material groove can be adjusted.
4. The intermediate suspension bearing should support the connecting shaft reliably and properly to avoid radial deformation of the screw shaft. The installation can meet the requirements by adjusting the gasket between bearing shells.
5. The gap between the inner wall of the chute and the surrounding area of the spiral body should be equal, and the balance test should be carried out after the screw body is installed.
